This webinar covers the definitions around eConsent, the current rules around the use of eConsent and eSignatures, and the considerations you may need to make when deciding what is appropriate for your study. All are welcome to attend, however this session is most appropriate for first time users of eConsent, such as Trial Managers, Data Managers and early career researchers curious about implementing it for the first time.

Webinar 2: Implementing eConsent in REDCap

Antony Colles & Claire West, Senior Data Programmers, NCTU • 21st February 2022, 1200 - 1300

This webinar covers the practical measures that need to be taken to implement eConsent in REDCap Community. It will examine several different eConsent scenarios that can arise in clinical trials, such as in-person, remote and hybrid, and how to implement these in REDCap. It also covers the basics of how to build a localised eConsent form and how to use External Modules to add extra functionality. This session is most appropriate for those designing and building eConsent systems within REDCap or similar systems, or considering doing so.

Webinar 3: REDCap eConsent Clinic

Antony Colles & Claire West, Senior Data Programmers, NCTU • 28th February 2022, 1200 - 1300
Watch the video of webinar 3 Powerpoint slides for session 3 (pdf)

This final session is an interactive "Ask Me Anything" workshop, where you can bring any issues you’re having using eConsent in REDCap and we’ll discuss possible solutions. This session is appropriate for those already using, and those very new to, eConsent in REDCap or similar systems.
